Retrofit means adding suitable controls to an existing property. Begin with a daily routine such as leaving home or switching off selected lights, then decide which devices are needed.

Suitable property types

Apartments and homes are considered subject to wiring, access, network coverage and permissions. Selected villa enquiries can be scoped individually. Retrofit does not mean every home can avoid wiring or builder works.

Typical scope

Discuss priorities, survey compatibility, agree the device list and installation requirements, configure the chosen routines, test agreed behaviours and explain app access and normal operation.

What is excluded?

Unspecified systems, universal voice-assistant integration, structural alterations and ongoing third-party subscriptions are not included unless the quotation states otherwise. Ask which functions need internet or a hub.

For tenants

Confirm landlord and building requirements before installation. Discuss reversible options, what must remain in place and any restoration work. We do not give a blanket guarantee that a rental modification is permitted.

Can I expand later?

Expansion depends on device capacity, protocols, network design and ongoing product support. Record the selected ecosystem and expansion limits before the first installation.
