Once the scope and arrangements are agreed, qualified personnel carry out the planned installation. Dates are confirmed by a person, not by the enquiry form.
05 · Commissioning
Test the agreed controls, routines and outage behaviour against the written scope. Record any exceptions before handover.
06 · Customer handover
Receive operating guidance and the agreed support information. Store account credentials securely; never share Wi-Fi passwords through the enquiry form.
