Can I start with one room?
Yes, you can request a focused assessment for one room. Future expansion depends on the selected devices and infrastructure.
Can I keep my existing switches?
Suitable existing switches may be retained with compatible equipment. Wiring, space and load checks are needed first.
Will it work with my AC?
We need the actual controller and AC details. Infrared and wired thermostat control are separate approaches.
Does automation need the internet?
Remote access and cloud features may do. Physical switching, local control and routines vary by product; request a written explanation.
Can tenants enquire?
Yes. Confirm landlord and building requirements before any installation. An enquiry does not establish permission to modify a property.
How much will it cost?
We quote after assessing the scope. No universal device price or fixed installation charge is advertised.
Are energy savings guaranteed?
No. Monitoring measures usage; outcomes depend on equipment, behaviour, weather and other factors.
Is my appointment confirmed when I submit?
No. Your preferred date and time are a request until a person confirms them.
Should I upload photos of the wiring?
No. Do not open live covers. Attachments are currently disabled; visible model details can be described in the form.
What warranty applies?
The quotation should state the actual product and installation warranty terms. No blanket warranty period is advertised.
