AC control
Tell us whether you use a handheld remote or a wired wall thermostat. Share visible model numbers. Infrared control and wired thermostat integration are separate solutions.
Network and platforms
Wi-Fi coverage, hubs and product-specific support matter. Tuya, Matter, HomeKit, Alexa and Google Home are not universal compatibility guarantees. Ask for written confirmation of each requested integration.
During an internet outage
Physical switching, local network control, stored routines and remote/cloud functions are different. The chosen product determines which remain available. Include these behaviours in commissioning tests.
Permissions and access
For a rental or managed building, confirm the necessary permissions before installation. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or photos taken inside live electrical equipment.
